About the book-
From personal and professional experiences as a mother and pediatric speech-language pathologist, I wrote this book to help teach children to respect each other's differences. It also gives a glimpse at how others may self-regulate. The inspiration for the book stems from a boy who was a delayed talker who sang before he began talking. The book is about his experience as he sings! This book is a story but can also be used as a tool for parents, caregivers, and educators to better understand self-regulation preferences.
